Elite Group was born in July 2010 with Flagship Company as HR Oracle Developers Pvt. Ltd. which was a SPV between HR Buildcon Pvt Ltd. and Oracle Real Tech Pvt Ltd. Both these companies have been in real estate sector from quite last 30 years.
HR Buildcon Pvt. Ltd was incorporated on 03rd April 1989 & Oracle Realtech (P) Ltd. was incorporated on 26th February 2010 is another promising name. Their strength lies in its team of professional who make it a technically sound company. The company is renowned for its keen interest in upgrading technology in accordance with the latest trends. The company along with its competent team dares to make and break the trends of the real estate industry.

Elite Group successfully completed the prestigious housing venture, “Elite Homz,” comprising 2/3/4 BHK apartments spanning 20,000 square meters in Sector-77, Noida.
Established on June 14, 2012, M/s Golf Green Mansion Pvt. Ltd. stands as the flagship entity of the esteemed “Elite Group.” Expanding their portfolio, the company introduced the remarkable project “Elite Golf Greens” on a sprawling 25,000 square meters of land in Sector 79, Noida.
M/s HR Oracle Developer Pvt. Ltd., incorporated on July 12, 2010, emerges from the collaboration of HR Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. and Oracle Realtech Pvt. Ltd., both possessing extensive experience in the real estate sector. This amalgamation of expertise and innovative architectural approaches culminates in HR Oracle Developers Pvt. Ltd.
